About

Moscufo is a village in the Pescara hills, a land of olive groves and home to the Romanesque church of Santa Maria del Lago. Don Federico is a B&B and agriturismo designed for those travelling with dogs and bicycles: pet and bike friendly, with five rooms, breakfast, wifi and parking, with rates starting from around 45 euros. It's a convenient base between the countryside and the Pescara coast, for those looking for relaxed hospitality and the freedom to move about with their animal companion.

A charming place in a great location between the mountains and the sea. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast, and a warm welcome.

Don Federico Country Inn...what can I say...beautiful...just a few kilometers from Pescara (about 15 minutes away), surrounded by green olive trees, a short walk from the center of Moscufo. Ludovica, the owner, is very helpful and friendly, always willing to help with any questions or even just offer advice on nearby attractions or places to eat. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, to satisfy every palate. The rooms are beautiful, well-kept, and clean, with a bathroom, air conditioning, a small table for breakfast, and a drying rack. They overlook the porch, overlooking the garden; there's also parking for cars and motorcycles. The town center is worth a visit because, despite being small, it's very charming and quaint.

"ABRUZZO, STRONG AND KIND" We stayed here from August 1st to 6th, a location found through friends. The exquisite hospitality of Ludovica (the owner) was fantastic, with whom we chatted about everything every morning over breakfast. She was very attentive to her guests' needs, helpful, and I'd even say well-organized in managing the common areas. The rooms were cozy and clean (long live the air conditioning, especially in the heat!), but above all, the location amidst the olive trees, with the cicadas keeping us company, was priceless. Breakfast included fresh pastries every day and homemade cookies, along with fruit, yogurt, juices, cornflakes, and all sorts of other treats. The price was fair, considering the remote location. Thanks also to the kind staff member. We'll definitely be back.

Wonderful quiet place, all rooms with private entrance. Rooms very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Location between mountains and sea, you can have a walk in the mountains in the morning and finish the day on the beach. Some very nice restaurants located 10-15 minutes walk away. As a bonus the drive to and from the B&B comes with picturesque views on the hills with olive trees and wine yards - in conclusion- simply wonderful. Thank you Ludovica, you have a unique B&B!!
