Agriturismo Terra dei Falchi

We stayed at this agriturismo with my family and some friends, seeking a few days of tranquility away from the daily grind. We couldn't have made a better choice. The upstairs apartment has four large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, two large terraces, and a spacious living area with a well-equipped kitchen and a large table. Everything is carefully furnished, spotlessly clean, and full of details that make all the difference. The property offers a swimming pool for guests' exclusive use: ample, comfortable, and well-appointed with sun loungers and umbrellas. Special thanks go to the manager, Alessandro: always available and friendly. Upon request, he cooks and serves meals directly in the apartment with professionalism and friendliness, offering authentic dishes prepared with ingredients sourced from local farms and crops. We spent truly enjoyable days, thanks to the peaceful location and the authentic hospitality we encountered. An experience we recommend without hesitation: the agriturismo and the welcome were truly spot on!

A pleasant stay, surrounded by nature with a beautiful pool for guests' exclusive use. Excellent service, the owner and chef were extremely helpful and kind, and offered us a wonderful welcome with all local and organic products. Excellent breakfast and lunch are available upon request. This property has great potential; with a little more attention to detail (air conditioning in the rooms and/or mosquito nets), the stay would be perfect. To be truly picky, I would have preferred a cleaner common room, as we found a few cobwebs and dead insects. The price is absolutely reasonable for the service we received. We will definitely return.

Absolutely magnificent stay. My son, my dog and I enjoyed the villa for three glorious weeks. The view is spectacular and so peaceful. The pool is clean, well maintained (daily cleaning) and such a refreshing way to enjoy the view. The best part is the hospitality from Alessandro and Gianluca. Beyond all my expectations. Alessandro is a wonderful chef, fluent in English, and shares hilarious stories from all his adventures. We loved going truffle hunting with Alessandro and his dog, Art. When we returned, we had a cooking class in the kitchen, learning to make fresh pasta from scratch, with truffle of course! Every request we had was attended to swiftly and without any fuss. We were treated to fresh vegetables and fruit from the property and special treats from nearby bakeries and delicious ice cream! Honestly, we were treated like royalty and I sincerely loved every moment of our stay. The beds are comfortable, the apartment stayed quite cool despite the hot temperatures, the kitchen is well appointed and the WiFi is reliable. Also very few mosquitos during our stay! Thank you to the Terra dei Falchi team for giving me a dream sabbatical.

A truly pleasant stay, the property is new and surrounded by green olive trees. The pool is fantastic, and the location is excellent: beaches and mountains are easily accessible. Highly recommended.

An enchanting location, immersed in the greenery of the surrounding meadows, centuries-old olive trees, and the evocative, ancient ravines. A splendid swimming pool where you can relax and have fun in the summer.
