We recommend La Capezzagna as a home away from home: Thanks to our hosts Sandra and Mauro all guests can enjoy friendly hospitality and fabulous home-cooking. The location is quiet and beautiful in the middle of the vineyards, yet easy to reach from the coastal highway A14. This time we were only stopping one night on our way North, next time in Abruzzo we hope to stay longer!
Mauro and family took great care of us. The house was situated on a quiet road with many things to do nearby. Don’t forget the gas station seafood platter - so good!
At "La Capezzagna" you can find a very warm welcome by the owners (mauro and sandra), a quiet and nice surrounding in the vine and olive yards. it is a perfect starting point for relaxing on the seaside (sun lounger at the beach are included), shopping in pescara and other nice cities, and lots of sightseen-spots. mauro can give you the best information about the hidden treasures of the region! for cycling-fans: you have to go to ortona and use the "ciclovia verde dei trabocchi" to vasto and also the giro d'italia climb to monte blockhaus!
