In May of this year, we stayed one night with Sander and Marly. We were received very warmly, and the rooms were beautiful and tidy. On their recommendation, we ate a delicious pizza in a nearby village. The breakfast was also delicious. A very pleasant stay and certainly one to return to should we be in the area again!
What a wonderful place to unwind completely! From the very first moment, we were warmly welcomed by Sander and Marly, who ensure that you feel right at home immediately. Agriturismo Il Castellaro is situated in a beautiful location with a breathtaking view over the hills and mountains of Le Marche. The swimming pool is delightful for cooling off, and the new lavender field adds extra charm to the entire place. We stayed in the Oliva room, which was recently completely renovated. A beautiful, tastefully decorated room where absolutely everything has been thought of. Refreshing air conditioning was also available in the room. They recently added camping pitches to their estate. This way, camping enthusiasts can also enjoy their beautiful grounds. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the dinner. Every evening, except Tuesdays and Thursdays, they serve a freshly prepared meal that you can enjoy outside while the sun sets behind the mountains. That view, combined with delicious food and the peaceful atmosphere, makes the experience complete. The sweet dog and cats roaming freely also contribute to a warm, homey atmosphere. Thank you Sander and Marly for your hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!
A charming place, far from the noise, surrounded by greenery. Clean rooms, attention to detail. Jams, fruit, and eggs, all homemade. A paradise. I would suggest expanding the breakfast offerings to include homemade cakes. Thanks to Marly and Sander for the wonderful welcome.
Modern holiday resort in a beautiful landscape with a pool. The grounds are well-maintained. A car is highly recommended for arrival. My modern room was small but had a comfy bed and AC. Breakfast is simple but delicious. The owners are friendly and professional. You can dine at the restaurant if you book ahead. Amex/credit cards accepted!
A place dear to our hearts: discovered almost by chance and fallen in love with it. A peaceful setting where you feel right at home: excellent dinner and breakfast, served under a pergola that creates a unique atmosphere, clean and well-maintained spaces with attention to detail. The room was extremely spacious, beautiful, and well-kept, all enhanced by a superb pool! Fabulous owners!
