We Are a family of 15 persons who rented this beautiful place in July. Fully equipt Outdoor kitchen was perfect for us, nice swimming pool with sunbeds and a nice relaxation spot. There were also possible to play football, use the trampoline and bicycles. 20 min drive to the coast (Marotta), 40 min walk to the nice Mondavio- a renesance city from 1492, 6 min drive to nearest supermarket. 20 min drive to the nearest possibility for wine tasting. The place was nice and clean at arrival, and the staff kept the outdoor clean and steady every morning. Really recommend this place! We will be back
I spent two wonderful weeks at Villa Beatrice. The Margherita apartment was spacious and well-equipped. The terrace is perfectly situated, offering a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape and even a great spot to keep an eye on the barbecue. You can buy wine, olive oil, and lavender products on-site, all of which are of good quality. The parking spaces are quite large. The only slight drawback might be the somewhat low water pressure if the washing machines are running and others are showering, but this is fairly common. There is a charging point for electric vehicles, but it's really only for emergencies as it's just a 230V extension cord, so you need to bring your own charger, and the price is higher than some fast chargers.
Absolutely. A charming and attentive hostess who caters to her guests' needs. A beautifully maintained property in a prime location with a garden, pool, and accommodations in four separate units. A small farm shop completes the ensemble. Highly recommended.
This farmhouse is definitely worth a visit! The area is very quiet, and the apartments are spacious, bright, well-equipped, and welcoming. Relaxation is guaranteed, and there's plenty of entertainment available with the ping pong table (rackets and balls provided), the shallow pool (with umbrellas and loungers), and a children's playground. You can also enjoy walks in the area. Marilena is extremely kind, attentive, and friendly. We'll definitely be back, perhaps even with friends.
This farmhouse with a pool offers excellent, spacious apartments equipped with every comfort. The owners are friendly, helpful, and attentive to their guests' needs. Surrounded by greenery and away from roads, you can enjoy the pleasant sounds of nature. Just a few minutes' drive from the center of Mondavio.
