The room and bathroom were spotless, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was more plentiful than expected. The location is excellent, very close to the town center. Ample parking is available in front of the property. The owner is friendly and available to answer any questions. The balcony is large and the view breathtaking. Highly recommended.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The gentleman who welcomed us was kind and friendly, and recommended good places to eat and see. A good location for a car.

We stayed with colleagues for work. We had booked for 8 days, but for logistical reasons we had to leave early... the owner made us pay for the remaining days. In the end, after essentially haggling like a street vendor (without taking anything away from this category, of course), he charged us 200 euros even though we had left the property three days earlier. I definitely won't return, much less recommend it to anyone. BEST REGARDS

We're staying here, and were greeted by the very kind and friendly owners. The property is truly beautiful, the rooms spacious and spotless, and the bathroom beautiful. The refrigerator is well-stocked. Everything perfect, congratulations!

Very welcoming structure, courteous and very nice owner, brand new room, clean and new bathroom really beautiful, structure very close to the Frasassi caves, restaurant, bar, shopping center, pharmacy, everything nearby is missing nothing, breakfast at the bar, thank you very much we were satisfied and we will definitely return 👍👍👍
