A truly spectacular stay. The property is located in a charming building, which gives it a truly special atmosphere. The furnishings are completely new, carefully chosen to blend seamlessly into the surroundings without being cold or overly modern. Comfort and Hospitality: The room was pleasantly warm, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The staff were incredibly kind, making you feel truly at home. Excellent Breakfast: A breakfast of this quality is rare. Only brand-name products and carefully selected ingredients are used; you can tell they're looking for the best for their guests. Service: The room was spotlessly clean, and the overall atmosphere was meticulously maintained.

Perfect stay! Lovely place and impeccably clean. The owner is delightful and super helpful. The highlight? The breakfast with her homemade products: a true delight. I'll definitely be back, highly recommended!

A find in Arcevia; the parking lot is easily accessible if you enter through the gate, otherwise it is very narrow and steep, especially if you have bikes with you like we did. The room is spacious, the bed is good, the bathroom is not in the same room, but well maintained. A real Italian breakfast is served in your room. Restaurants are within walking distance.

My husband and I stayed last weekend for one night... very clean, lovely place, excellent hospitality... the lady was very nice, delightful, and helpful... excellent breakfast, all homemade!!! Definitely worth a try!

Excellent cleanliness. Very comfortable bed. Very kind owners accommodated us in every way. Very good and natural sweet breakfast. The room was rather small and on the street, but the convenient central location and the quality make up for it. Standard price for the area and the summer season.
