A wonderful 5-day vacation thanks to Francesca and Luca. Their B&B, nestled in the countryside, is a very peaceful, well-organized, and very clean place. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and caters to all tastes. Just a few kilometers from the sea and beautiful villages. We've just returned, but we'd love to go again. We'll be back soon.

Nestled in a forest and just 5 minutes from the sea, this is a super relaxing and 100% welcoming place. The spacious, well-appointed rooms have a large veranda where you can enjoy relaxing evenings. The owners are incredibly warm and pet-friendly, and everyone is very attentive. It's a beautiful place to relax with your dog and perhaps even go on a hike. It's very close to San Vincenzo, where there are also dog-friendly beaches, so it's a fantastic place for nature and animal lovers. The abundant breakfast is excellent, with a wide selection of sweet and savory options.

A magnificent place surrounded by nature, just a few minutes' drive from the sea. Francesca and Luca were immediately welcoming, recommending several beaches and natural attractions. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. Highly recommended!

I used to have two favorite places in Italy, now I have three. This apartment is wonderful, surrounded by greenery, very clean, close to the sea and many wonderful Tuscan attractions. The breakfasts are excellent, and you can also have dinner on site, which is also great. The owner is the jewel in the crown. She is friendly, helpful and will show you all the attractions in the area. Thanks to her, the stay was an unforgettable experience. She also loves dogs, ours felt at home here. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone.
