We spent a delightful weekend in this wonderful property. Francesca is an incredible host whose genuineness and kindness made us feel right at home. Our room was beautifully furnished and had a fully enclosed patio, perfect for our 5-month-old puppy. Nestled in the woods, the property is quiet. An enchanting, almost fairytale-like place where you can relax and recharge. We'll definitely be back!

Fabulous location, fabulous owners, who make you feel at home, super helpful, they gave us excellent advice for visiting fabulous places in Tuscany. The cuisine is excellent, compliments to the chef, the furry friends are the guests of honor, well equipped to welcome them. I highly recommend it.

I used to have two favorite places in Italy, now I have three. This apartment is wonderful, surrounded by greenery, very clean, close to the sea and many wonderful Tuscan attractions. The breakfasts are excellent, and you can also have dinner on site, which is also great. The owner is the jewel in the crown. She is friendly, helpful and will show you all the attractions in the area. Thanks to her, the stay was an unforgettable experience. She also loves dogs, ours felt at home here. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone.
