The property is very conveniently located for everything. Check-in is automatic with a phone call to the owner. The room was a decent size and clean, but not exactly spotless. We found limescale residue and uncleaned stains on the fixtures, especially in the bathroom. Nothing major, but there was no minibar, the shower mat was out of place, the bed creaked, and the soundproofing was extremely poor. Breakfast is served at the café downstairs and consists of coffee and a croissant (frozen ones, but that's not a factor in the property). For €70 a night, I expected something better.
The place is located quite close to bus stops, so it's easily reachable. However, the service could be improved. It was difficult to find the main door, and it was hard to get in touch with the owners initially. Overall, it was a decent stay. The rooms were clean, and a breakfast voucher was provided for a café downstairs.
Nice and clean property, but only when we arrived; afterward, they didn't clean the rest of our stay. There was no refrigerator or coffee maker, even though they were listed as having them. Bathroom amenities were only provided for the first day, and none on the second. Being a B&B, it should include breakfast and a welcome, but neither of the latter two services were included, as breakfast was absent and the welcome was nonexistent. The owner was unhelpful; in short, I would never stay here again.
Great location, but poor customer service. I had to call the owner three times to get a courtesy set. The room was unpresentable, with stained and smelly bedspreads. I pay to stay here, and I expect everything to be clean at the very least! Especially the bed! Mosquito nets were missing, and the room was dusty. I think the price is very high for what you get. For a slightly lower price, I also had access to a kitchen and a refrigerator, which are essential in the summer. I also had air conditioning, which was missing from Casa Aurora in my room. The only positive thing about my experience at this B&B was the location; everything else could have been much better!
Terrible. To find the room key, I had to play a treasure hunt. Of course, I did it all on the phone because the owner didn't even show up. The room is new and large, but it didn't have a hairdryer or toiletries in the bathroom. The toilet paper was left the same as the one used previously. You can hear every noise outside the room, in fact, they woke me up on a Sunday morning at 8:00 AM. However, there was no noise from the street. I also asked to kindly leave the room later than checkout time, but I wasn't granted it so they could sanitize it and check in at noon, when check-in is from 4:00 PM onwards. Lastly, I didn't even find the breakfast vouchers, which were included in the price when I booked. I really don't think I'll be back.
