Aguni' Agriturismo & Locanda

Good morning, we stayed at this agriturismo for three days. It's a beautiful, tastefully restored farmhouse, whose simplicity is its winning feature. The place enjoys a breathtaking view of this part of the Ionian Sea. The rooms are tastefully restored, and the bathroom is comfortable and very spacious. Breakfast is standard, with a good selection of pastries. The owner is very helpful, friendly, and can provide plenty of tips for visiting the local attractions. We highly recommend it, and we hope to return.

Thank you, Agunì, for welcoming us to the pure beauty of sunrises, silence, and intensely contrasting colors, the azure blue of sky and sea against the verdant green of the surrounding vegetation. The scents of plants and trees, the smiles of kind and hospitable people, the flavors of genuine fruit upon awakening, the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms, and above all, what for some might be the only flaw of the property, for me was the highlight of the days spent there: a winding road with a masterfully painted panorama, amidst prickly pears and hills, sea and sky blending on the horizon in a palette worthy of the finest artists. Leaving leaves you with that bitter melancholy of knowing that sooner or later you will return to continue breathing deeply.

Sadly they canceled our reservation without any explanation at short notice…

Beautiful place with great view, and tasteful food. The owners are very kind and polite. The rooms are very clean and nicely furnished.
