B&B Fondo Versace

Top-notch hotel and host. We quickly felt right at home. The breakfasts were superb and the room very spacious, even though there were three of us. The airport (with shuttle) and train station are close and accessible by bus or on foot, ideal for exploring the coast. The surrounding towns are magnificent. Thank you for your hospitality; it was a pleasure to visit Calabria from your hotel. Proof of this was our son's tears at the airport when we left... We fell in love with the Italian mentality and hospitality.

We stayed in this charming B&B, where we were greeted with such warmth and helpfulness. Antonio, the owner, was truly welcoming and kind, making us feel truly at home. The location is quiet and peaceful, close to the historic center (a 10-minute walk), and very well served by public transportation, a pharmacy, and a supermarket. In short, if you're visiting Reggio Calabria, this place is highly recommended.

This is the first time I've written a review, but this time it feels right. We stayed three nights at this property and everything was impeccable: the room was spacious, clean, and in a good location with private parking. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, not to mention the excellent value. Kudos to Mr. Antonio for his invaluable service. When we return to Reggio Calabria, B&B Fondo Versace will definitely be our go-to place.

I highly recommend the hostel. Rooms are clean and spacious. The owner is very nice and open to help in every situation. You feel at home. Also the staff working there is very friendly. We could borrow shadow umbrella as we did not have any, couldn't bring it in ryanair hand luggage and shops were closed. The steep climb may be intimidating at first, but it is completely safe and well done. Definitely it's value for money. Also, if you rent a car, there is no issue with parking space. Kitchen for breakfast is spacious too, and there is even nice terrace to eat outside. Greetings for signor Antonio.
