Michelin fork is right. Delicious dinner with inventive lovingly presented food. Loved the varied yet thoughtful menu. Everything from the amuse bouche up to the after dinner treats was delicious and all the staff were lovely. Fabulous little secret feeling terrace and garden with a view through the cypress to Capoliveri. We also enjoyed hearing the frogs from the pond, watching the swallows, glimpsing a cat sunning himself and getting a view of the bountiful vegetable garden at the end of the garden. They also have a little shop and I’m only sorry we aren’t staying here to enjoy what must be a great breakfast!
We ate at the Sapereta Restaurant and were blown away. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the food was spectacular, carefully and thoughtfully plated and delicious beyond words. Thank you so much to everyone there for making the experience so amazing.
The best pasta of my life an si have had plenty: tagliolino à la carbonara, with shrimp tartare and truffe : amazing ! We also shared a bifsteca that was absolutely tasty, pure happiness !!! The waitress told us the whole menu in English, was lovely. I highly recommend!
We were blown away by the beautiful property and the way it is taken care of. On top of that the hospitality was beyond what you can expect. The best and most authentic wine tasting we have ever had!! Chef Sante showed us around and took his time, even though he had a long night ahead of him. The wines tasted beautifully and we took the time to taste, compare and discuss. The history and stories that Sante told us, together with the ambience made it an afternoon I won’t forget. Thank you so much for this experience.
We had a very beautiful diner at Sapereta, a nice table for two with the view on the garden, romantic and elegant atmosphere, the food was very elaborate and tasty, the wine selection is good and there wine, white and red were great ! The diner wasn’t cheap, 15€ per dishes but the experience is really worth it ! + very nice service, we recommend this place !
