Agriturismo Laperegina

I found this magical spot simply by consulting Maps because I wanted to visit the Tirino Valley and Rocca Calascio with my partner. So, without any suggestions or recommendations from others, I looked at the location, the photos, and the website, and I was immediately sold. The reality was even more inspiring, with all the simplicity of nature and all it has to offer, from the landscape to the flavors of local products. Even though we didn't find any of the agriturismo's three most popular accommodations available, we weren't disappointed: peace, tranquility, and cleanliness guaranteed in a simple, natural setting run by a genuine and fantastic couple from another era: Marino and Elide, practically the hosts of this delightful place, who take care of everything to make your stay as peaceful and convivial as possible, with many stories and anecdotes to tell that somehow fit into the hospitality offered. Another highlight is the cuisine, all local dishes prepared at home by Elide and Marino with passion and imagination, using organic and sustainable produce grown and raised on their land. I highly recommend this place, which I will always cherish! Note: We visited during the week of August 15th, 2024!

A corner of paradise where time stands still – Agriturismo Laperegina As soon as you step through the gates of Agriturismo Laperegina, you find yourself catapulted into an enchanted world, where every detail speaks of a love of nature, authentic passion, and extraordinary care for the soul. It's difficult to put into words the magical atmosphere you breathe: every corner is embellished with thoughts, aphorisms, and small, meaningful objects that warm the heart and inspire reflection. The view is simply breathtaking: your gaze wanders across the hills and woods, reaching all the way to the sea, while the rejuvenating silence transports you to another dimension, far from the chaos of the world. It's as if time slows down to allow you to truly breathe. And then, the treehouse room. A dream come true, especially for our little boy: a true refuge suspended between heaven and earth, with a breathtaking view. From there, you can witness an enchanting sunrise, gently illuminating the landscape and coloring your awakening with magical nuances. A welcoming, warm, and intimate nest, designed with love and poetry. But the true magic of Laperegina is Marino and Elide, the hosts. Meeting them was a gift: they welcomed us as if we were part of their family, with rare generosity and genuineness. The dinners shared with them and the other guests were unforgettable moments, filled with stories, laughter, and extraordinary dishes. Each course is prepared with the fruits of their land: authentic flavors that speak of the seasons, work, and passion. You can taste it all, in every bite. We felt at home—in fact, better than home. Great hosts, rooms & fabulous food.

We returned here after a good 26 years...and we found paradise, just like it was then and even more...Marino and Elide are adorable, attentive, and welcoming. This place is characterized by serenity, harmony, and tranquility for those seeking healthy relaxation. Marino and Elide spoiled us with excellent dishes (healthy and almost zero-mile, some even from their own garden). I highly recommend it!!! I hope to return next year, and why not...even sooner 😍

We visited LAperegina beginning of October just as the season was changing and experienced nature in splendid glory. Marino and Elide were the perfect host providing us with an abundance of knowledge and delicious home cooked meals using their local produce.
