Stayed July 2026. - HOUSE: Clean, tidy, everything you need for cooking if you don't feel like going out: tea, coffee, oil, vinegar, etc. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, well-functioning air conditioning, and a fully equipped washing machine. - STAFF: Thanks to Luigi for making sure we found a clean and welcoming home, as well as being available for any needs. - LOCATION: Very convenient, close to the supermarket and bike rental, a 3-minute bike ride to the beach and restaurants, bars, etc. Quiet and safe area. We'll be back.

The apartment is a small, detached house with a small garden. The house is large and well-equipped with everything you need, including the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. It's tastefully furnished, and is a 10-15 minute walk from both the town center and the sea. The street is narrow, but parking is almost always possible. The owner was kind and helpful throughout our stay. It's suitable for families or groups of friends, with two bedrooms that sleep up to six. The value for money is excellent, especially if you're traveling with more than two people! We were a group of three friends and were very satisfied. If we were to return to Senigallia, I would definitely book here again!

We stayed two nights and had a wonderful time. Luigi was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the apartment was super comfortable in every way. A 10-minute walk would take us to the city center or the beach. Even though it was August and the Jamboree festival was on, we always found parking in the streets adjacent to the house. Overall, 5 stars.

We stayed in Mr. Luigi's apartment for only four days, but we had a great time! The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area just steps from the center. We found it well-kept and clean. It even has a washing machine that can be used. Plus, it's in a great location if you want to walk to the center. The sea is a little further away, about 1 km, but it's easily accessible in a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride. We had a positive experience. The only downside if you have small children: there's a small staircase leading from the entrance (ground floor) to the apartment (first floor), which is a bit inconvenient for strollers. You'll have to carry your kids upstairs, but it's nothing unsolvable. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent location for enjoying the Summer Jamboree (a 10-minute walk to La Rocca, about a 2-km bike ride to Hawaiian Beach, and a 1-km bike ride to Mascalzone). Fully equipped (full kitchen), very clean, and super quiet in a residential area. Parking is easy to find. Excellently maintained by the owner Luigi, who is extremely kind and helpful.
