A truly pleasant stay in the three-room apartment: clean, new, and functional, with a large terrace where you can admire a beautiful sunset in the evening. The location is very quiet yet close to many villages worth visiting, as well as the coast and the Conero Riviera, which are very easy to reach. We felt right at home, and Lorenzo welcomed us with kindness and hospitality. Definitely a place to recommend.

We spent a week in this wonderful place with our furry friend. The modern apartment, with all the comforts, is located in a beautiful and strategic area for reaching all the must-see places and the nearby beaches. We rested in the silence, with only the sound of birdsong—priceless. Lorenzo welcomes you with a smile and helps you have a smooth vacation, offering plenty of helpful advice.

Excellent property, studio apartment with a spacious and well-equipped terrace, and a very comfortable bed. We have our dog with us. Underfloor cooling, essential in these hot days. Our stay at Sul Calar del Sole al Conero Casa Vacanze was simply wonderful. It's the perfect place for a dream getaway in Italy. The views from the property are breathtaking, and the sunsets are so beautiful that they will remain in our memories forever. The greatest asset of this place, however, is the host, Lorenzo. He is an incredibly accommodating, helpful, and warm person who took care of every, even the smallest, detail of our stay. He made us feel at home. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and know we will definitely return! A wonderful, safe and secure stay!
