Perfect place for those who want to visit Loreto or even go to the beach. It offers a delicious breakfast and the rooms are very clean. You can sleep very well at night.
I had a truly excellent experience at this B&B. Andrea was extraordinarily kind and helpful: he picked me up at the station upon my arrival and, despite my very early departure, took care to prepare breakfast for me personally and drive me back to the station. One gesture I particularly appreciated was when he prepared homemade cookies for me to take away: a rare gesture that demonstrates great care for guests. The property is extremely clean, quiet, and cared for down to the last detail. Everything was perfect and relaxing. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return with great pleasure. UPDATE: This is my second time staying at this B&B, and I can say with certainty that the quality isn't a coincidence, but consistent. The property is always impeccable: clean, welcoming, and meticulously maintained, with a truly pleasant atmosphere. What really makes the difference, however, is the hospitality: Andrea is extremely kind, helpful, and attentive to his guests' needs. During my stay, he made himself available to accompany me and even arranged for breakfast to be served very early to accommodate my schedule, a gesture that demonstrates true customer care and is not at all expected. It's rare to find such genuine and human service. After two experiences, I can say this place is a guarantee. I will definitely return and recommend it without hesitation.
A short three-day getaway in the Conero area with our three children... Excellent location, two spacious rooms, two bathrooms, convenient parking, and, in warmer weather, a lovely private garden for breakfast and outdoor relaxation. A great base for visiting Loreto, Recanati, Porto Recanati, and the Conero area in general. Impeccable hospitality. The owners, Bou and Andrea, have always been helpful, friendly, and attentive. Our 5-year-old son is celiac. Breakfast was no problem; he always found something for himself, no matter how small his siblings. For us parents, this means a lot. So, if you need to book, do so with confidence. There will be no surprises, only satisfaction. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, Wi-Fi, TV in every room, air conditioning, oven, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle... One flaw... Well, yes, for us there was a flaw... it was missing a small microwave... But we solved it with the induction hob for tea and herbal tea in the evening.... After all, we were on vacation and we didn't miss it too much 😊
Hospitality: The host couple Andrea & Bouchra is priceless! Shiny clean room, shower, Big breakfast.... - limited bus schedule...so watch out on this * Andrea will give you a ride as need. Just ask ! Also you need laundry, ask Bouchra. She will help . Ok I got 3 restful nights, recover my energy for next trip. Feel @home here with BB . Will come back. John Pham from California
It was a pleasure to stay at Bouchra’s place. She and her husband are most hospital hosts I've ever met. On arrival we were picked up at the train station and drove to a lovely townhouse located in the heart of a quiet village. Everything needed was nearby - a grocery store, a bus station, a good restaurant and a small plaza. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Every morning we were given a tasteful breakfast at convenient for us time and Andrea kindly offered to drive us to a nearby town we needed to go. Their teenager son was a great help as a translator, though even without it we could communicate perfectly with the help of an app. I can't praise high enough the efforts they took to make us feel comfortable.
