Poggio Imperiale is a country house on the hills above Civitanova Marche, in the province of Macerata, with views that reach all the way to the sea. The name comes from Napoleon, who stayed in a villa nearby in 1797. The property includes five apartments and plenty of outdoor space: a heated swimming pool open year-round, a large woodland area with a one-kilometre nature trail lit in the evenings, riding facilities, a garden with children's play area and three hot tubs with chromotherapy.
