La Tuja Relais du Parc

This place was amazing in every way. Firstly all the staff were excellent so helpful and kind. (Federica was especially good) The place is so clean and well maintained. It’s like a little peace of paradise. They do a complementary car service to the local train station. (5min drive) or you can walk it in about 7min. It’s only 4 stops to Sorrento and very easy to purchase tickets at the station .. The complimentary car service also takes you to the local town and beaches. Food and drinks were excellent Breakfast was amazing too. Pool/bio lake is warm and not to be missed. The views of Vesuvius are great and it’s so quiet at nighttime so great sleep on a very comfortable bed and pillows. I can’t rate this place highly enough and we will be returning in the future.

We loved our stay. The property is beautiful with amazing panoramic views of the sea and Vesuvius. The hotel itself is pristine and stylish. Our room was very clean and comfortable (with good AC performance). And the staff was supremely accommodating, from picking us up and dropping us off in town or the train station, to doing their best to fulfill any other random requests we had during our stay. The location is a little outside the city of Vico Equense but the shuttle service and nearby train station make this not an issue. We took the nearby train to Pompeii very easily. The views from up on the hill are worth the distance from town. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Fantastic stay here, everything was perfect. The location is great, close to Naples as well as Sorrento (with the very fast/convenient train just nearby and the staff kindly offering free transportation). The view is stunning and the place is gorgeous, our room was amazing - with an highlight for the comfortable bed as well as the Nuxe beauty products. Breakfast was delicious, and so were the cocktails we enjoyed on the terrace. Lastly, all the staff was really wonderful - kind, warm and available to help. We left wishing we had booked one more night here!

This resort is absolutely stunning and worth every penny we spent. I booked it as part of my proposal trip in Italy and it played the perfect role. Even before the trip, it was a great communication with the manager and they arranged everything perfectly. Upon arrival, we were greeted right away and everything was fully prepared. The ocean view room just blow my mind (as seen in the video). It was absolutely beyond my expectations when I just blindly booked it on Hyatt, but I will definitely come back next time I visit Italy!

What a phenomenal experience. This hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The service they provided was truly what made the hotel feel special. Anything we needed they provided for us, including laundry service, and scheduling a massage on site. Special shout out to Gian Marco, Federica, Maria and Tommaso! The pictures online do not capture how beautiful the property is. Dinner was excellent the two times we dined with them. We will be coming back and hope to share this gem with some of our family.
