Federica was very kind, she explained everything perfectly and even gave us her contact information so we could ask her for recommendations or if we had any questions. The rooms were luxurious, with up-to-date technology and a super comfortable bed. The location is perfect, about 700 meters from Meta beach and about 1200 meters from the train station that takes you to Sorrento, Positano, or Pompeii.

Worst stay of our trip. There was no cleaning in our room. We stayed 5 nights and our sheets were not changed once. Our garbages were overflowing by the end. We ran out of toilet paper and were only given 1 additional roll. We were given clean towels only after request, and we were informed additional towels will cost 5 euro per towel. We only saw staff during check in, and check out. During our stay we had to buy our own toilet paper, shampoo and body wash. We felt dirty and neglected during our stay. Edited ** we did not refuse entry to the room, we were told the cleaning lady would stop by to remove dirty towels. We asked the cleaning lady if the room was going to be cleaned as well and were told only the dirty towels would be removed. This also took place on our second day of our stay, and no one came for the remainder of our stay. We did not leave trash in the garden, we took out our own trash and left it in the designated garbage pickup spot on the street where other trash bags were left for pickup. We did not dangerously move furniture, we slid the fold out bed slightly to the side to allow for more floor space, as it was a maze to move around the room when we arrived. If they had even stepped foot in the room throughout our stay they could have informed us that this was not allowed. If we had to request basic necessities, cleaning supplies, and trash bags we should have been informed of this before a response on google review. The response from the owner further proves their level of service was intentional and they are neglectful of the experience of their guests. **

This is my second year staying at this property, and every year it's a guaranteed success. Communication is friendly, and guests are taken care of. The room is equipped with everything you need, clean, and centrally located with good transport links. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday! If you are looking for a place to stay around Sorrento, look no further! Domus Meta is the perfect place! Located just a few minutes drive from Sorrento, this hotel is a hidden gem. The room are newly renovated, very stylish and super clean. Everything is spot on. We had special requests regarding extra blankets and towel and we got everything immediately! I didn’t get to the best part though - Pasquale the host. From the first moment the communication with him was great. He attended to all our needs and was very helpful. We had a HUGE issue with our car rental, and after one phone call to Pasquale it got sorted! By helping us with this issue he saved us 4 wasted hours and 170 euro (not to mention the car upgrade we got!). I don’t think we could get this kind of help in any of the big hotel chains around. Personally, I want to thank you again Pasquale. To summarize, Domus Meta is the best value for money you can ask for. Don’t hesitate and just book your room there for a great vacation! Ciao!
