B&B Pompei Olympus

We booked the hotel 4 months ago. But due to travel arrangements changes we reached out the B&B Pompei Olympus multiple times via email to cancel, with no response we called them 5 days in advance to be sent a WhatsApp message saying their email is not secure and we should have sent them a text to cancel and nothing would be done. The website does not list that they do not accept email communications or that they prefer WhatsApp communication. With multiple days in advance partial refund and proper communication should be a minimum.

We stayed here four nights and i have to stay i am very happy that we decided to stay in this apartment. The location of the flat is perfect, close to train station and the center of Pompei, as well as the ruins are 10 mins walk. The owners are very sweet and helpful, we arrived late and hungry and Francesco drove us to a very good restaurant! Thank you for having us and making our stay cozy in Pompei.

Very good B&B. The host is very nice and communicates well (e.g time of arrival). Good bed, very clean, well located. Breakfast is at a café nearby. Not a lot included in the breakfast so that was the only disappointment. Pompei town is nicer than I imagined and it's worth staying there in order to be first at the archeological site, which is, well, stunning!

A great little B&B in the centre of Pompeii. The rooms are pretty and spacious, obviously well-kept. The beds are comfortable and it is nice and quiet. Every room has air-conditioning as well As shared WiFi. There are only 4 bedrooms, in a converted apartment, with a small communal area. The location is great - a 5 to 10 minutes walk to the centre of Pompei and the main entrance to the Pompeii ruins. There are a number of lovely restaurants within easy walking distance. Breakfast is NOT provided at the accommodation, but at one of the local cafes which is a 5 minute walk or so. We never bothered with the breakfast so can't say anything about it.

We booked our stay on booking.com, and then received confirmation through email. Host Francesco maintained communication with us through "WhatsApp," which was extremely helpful. We entered B&B through an electric gate and then 2 doors. We had two roller bags that we had to carry up a short distance of stairs. We were pleasantly greeted by our hosts and provided a short list of "do & don't." The room was clean and comfortable with a small fridge, desk, and amour. The Euro bathroom was nice and shower was quite roomie with rain shower a hand wand. We enjoyed the balcony. The location was great! Walking distance to everything and on quite one way traffic street.
