The house is unique in the area and preserves authentic details like centuries-old stonework, an exposed chestnut beam ceiling, and a bathroom with a shower carved into the rock. The house rises over multiple levels (3 floors plus 2 habitable mezzanines) and offers 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fireplace for cooking, a laundry room with shower and washing machine, a spacious living room with cast-iron stove, and a breakfast terrace with breathtaking views over the Lumi valley and the Appennino Tosco-Emiliano. Outside: private garden, barbecue, parking and patio, hammock and swing, overlooking the green hills of the valley and the Appennino. A 10-minute walk down from the tower you'll find the Cascata del Torrente Monia, swimmable and much loved by guests in summer. Sleeps up to 12 (most comfortable for 7 if everyone wants their own bed).

I went to Elena’s place with 8 more people for a bachelor party and it was the perfect location. Very quiet and with no neighbors, with beautiful views and surroundings. Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Elena was always responsive and ready to help us with every request. The place is also perfect for couples who want to explore the wonderful places of Tuscany and eat good food while drinking delicious wine. Elena also shipped back a shirt we left on the place free of charge. Thank you so much!
