B&B Il Mirto

We had a great time. Excellent value for money, Elena was very kind and available even for telephone reservations, clean environment, quiet area and family breakfast, added value they welcomed Cleo our dog, my wife and I highly recommend

Let's just say it's not a B&B but a vacation rental, divided into two rooms, both of which don't have en-suite bathrooms (our bathroom was downstairs, the other was next to the room). This wasn't clearly marked. Breakfast was very limited and had low-quality products. The location wasn't very clean. The price/quality ratio was very high (I agree, it was Carnival time).

I'm sorry to go against the grain, but I found a lady who was unprofessional... Prompted by the good reviews, I called in the morning for a quote. The lady told me she had a place, but that she would call me at 8:00 PM the same day to give me a quote because she was on shift at work (apparently she manages a hotel and also works at a supermarket), so she would write everything down at 8:00 PM and in the meantime she would hold the room for me... The lady didn't get in touch. I tried calling her, but she didn't answer the next day either. So, I sent her a message telling her I was waiting for her message (also because since she told me she was holding the room for me, I won't continue with the search). I then wrote to her that if she didn't want to rent me the room or for other reasons (since I'm traveling with a dog and not everyone accepts them), she could have just told me, there was no need to disappear... Also because she wasted my time, and finding a place for Carnival is already difficult... I understand that she wasn't able to text me that evening, but for Fairness, since she left me on hold, it wouldn't have cost her anything to text me this morning... Instead, she showed total indifference... She replied to my message rudely, writing "EVEN LESS"... But I don't understand this sentence... In the end, I pointed out that she disappeared and left me hanging... I reiterate my response to her "EVEN LESS" here: that I'm not her sister, and that I wasn't disrespectful, and that it's unprofessional to treat a customer like this... In the end, she did it all... I just asked for an explanation... I find this arrogant attitude unprofessional; she's not the only one in the business, and I do NOT recommend her.

Elena for you 5 stars.Your service is superior. The price reflects quality. Of course that some things is possible to do better but that is life. Parking free in front of the appartment. Thr Room,kitchen cleen. Bed is comfort. Elena always helps you. Breakfast is simply but please. Thank you

"Il Mirto" is a nice Bed & Breakfast located in Viareggio. It is near the center and many bathing establishments and the free beach, about 15/20 minutes on foot. Your pets are welcome. The bedroom and bathroom are nice and well cleaned. Just a small disappointment, even the sheets and pillows are clean are not very comfortable ... of course it's a personal opinion.
