Beautiful, super welcoming farmhouse! A strategic location, practically in the middle of several places to visit! Enchanting place, super kind and helpful staff. We had our dachshund (a bit mischievous) with us, and everything was perfect! They welcomed us with a smile, and that continued throughout our stay. The bungalows are very well-maintained and brand new, with air conditioning, TV, kitchen, and bathroom! Private parking on-site with an automatic gate! Thank you so much, we'll definitely stay with you when we return to the area! Thanks again!

Staying at Dimora Rosso Piceno was a truly wonderful experience! My husband and I stayed at the property around New Year's Eve (to celebrate in the nearby town of Appignano del Tronto with its "Processione dell'Anno Vecchio," a very special and fun event, a tradition to be experienced!). We had a truly wonderful time! Our host was incredibly welcoming, immediately welcoming and available for any need! The room was truly beautiful, spotlessly clean, and quiet, equipped with every comfort. It was wonderful to be able to use the kitchen, which was supposed to be shared with other guests (we were the only ones there, but it was available to us anyway, and it was well-stocked, clean, and well-maintained). The simple breakfast, with a selection of sweet and savory options, was very good. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the warmer months to use the beautiful outdoor pool! The private parking offered by the property is also very convenient. Convenient location for visiting Ascoli Piceno and other beautiful surrounding towns, even the center of Offida itself is a gem! What we appreciated most, besides the beauty of the location, the room, and the property, was the kindness and friendliness of our host. Thank you so much! A wonderful agriturismo experience! We stayed in one of the bungalows and were thrilled: everything was meticulously designed, welcoming, and truly comfortable. Passion and attention to detail permeated everything, from the tastefully chosen furnishings to the impeccable cleanliness. The young and incredibly kind owners made us feel right at home with their helpfulness and friendliness. A perfect place to relax in nature, yet with all the comforts. Highly recommended.
