Affittacamere Villa Santa Lucia

I'd say everything was perfect. The owner was super nice, and his mother was also really kind and sweet. The room was spotless, and they were available for anything. The location was perfect, as it was a 10-minute walk to the beach and there were supermarkets and restaurants nearby. To get to the city center, you just needed to catch a bus, which was located just steps from the property, and it was a 10-minute ride. Plus, they kindly left me a bike in case I wanted to get around by bike.

Small room with a huge bathroom. Clean and fully equipped. Free parking is available, which is a must in SBT.

A truly beautiful place, very clean and tidy. I had a great time. Mr. Davide is a top host, kind, attentive to all his guests' needs, and always available. I hope to return soon, perhaps this time for a nice vacation!

Very positive experience! I stayed at this guesthouse for 18 days and had a truly wonderful time. The room was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. The owners, Davide and his mother, were super kind, helpful, and attentive to their guests' needs...they made me feel right at home. Excellent location, near the Villa Anna Clinic, and excellent value for money. Private parking on the premises is not always a given, which is essential for me. It also has a small garden, which is definitely worth a visit on hot days. Highly recommended, I'll gladly return!

A heartfelt thank you to Davide, the owner. I had many needs: orthopedic surgery at the Villa Anna clinic, 200 meters from the residence, a small dog to leave in the room for a few hours, a large car to park. Everything was well organized and in working order. His availability and the mother's manners were exceptional. I felt at home.
