Quiet location, spacious and spotlessly clean house, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, splendid views, super hospitable and helpful owners, with three wonderful children.

I had a perfect weekend in Vasto and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Serafino and his family were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the very beginning. The room was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the secure parking, as we could leave our car safely in the garage inside the courtyard. The setting is absolutely beautiful — vineyards stretch out in front of the house, olive trees lie behind it, and from the balcony we could even enjoy a stunning sunrise. Our children had a wonderful time playing in the yard with Serafino’s kids, which made the experience even more special for our family. I also highly recommend asking them for local tips when visiting Vasto. They suggested two fantastic restaurants and even helped us reserve tables in advance. Both places were unique, offered great value for money, and were perfect for trying authentic local cuisine. We would definitely love to come back and stay with Serafino again!

I wanted to share my experience with you, a property surrounded by greenery, a strategic location, and cleanliness that is hard to find these days... and I travel a lot for work, so I can confirm that it is worth considering as a property. Now I would like to talk about the owners Serafino and Veronica, who are fantastic people who enjoy spoiling their guests, always leaving a little something on their return, like fresh fruit from their garden and much more. Staying at this B&B was a truly special experience. The location is perfect: just steps from the splendid Punta Aderci Regional Nature Reserve, with its pristine beaches and crystal-clear sea, and just a few minutes' drive from the historic center of Vasto. But what truly makes this place unique is the hospitality. Here, you feel at home: the kindness, thoughtfulness, and helpfulness of the hosts truly make the difference. They're always ready to offer advice on where to eat, what to visit, or simply to chat with a smile. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday, surrounded by nature and close to a clean, calm sea. Ideal for both couples and families. We can't wait to return!
