Chignoni is an organic farmstay in Apecchio, in the province of Pesaro and Urbino, on the Umbrian-Marchean watershed just a short distance from the borders with Umbria, Romagna and Tuscany. It is a small rural hamlet at the heart of an agricultural estate spanning over one hundred hectares, surrounded by woodland and grain fields. The old country residence has been recently restored while preserving its original character. Accommodation consists of independent apartments of various sizes: from Cerro Vecchio, ninety-five square metres for four or five people, to Gorgaccia, one hundred eighty square metres with fireplace, suitable for groups of up to ten. The thick walls keep things cool in summer without needing air conditioning. Outside there is a swimming pool, with open views across the hills. It is the right place for families and groups seeking peace and nature. Prices on request.
