B&B Locanda Montefabbri is a bed and breakfast in the village of Montefabbri, in the province of Pesaro and Urbino, one of Italy's most beautiful villages. It's an old stopping point on the road that once connected Pesaro to Urbino, with the history of the area woven into its walls. There are three rooms, bright and air-conditioned, furnished simply with local Marche objects and products, all with private bathroom and shower; wifi is free throughout the property. From here you can reach Urbino in no time, a UNESCO World Heritage site and the capital of the Renaissance, but also Gradara, the Monte San Bartolo nature reserve, San Marino and the Montefeltro region, the Furlo Gorge, and the ancient Via Flaminia. A good base for those wanting to unwind and explore the inland countryside. Rates on request.
