Beautiful farmhouse located in the countryside near Fermignano. Spacious outdoor spaces and clean, welcoming rooms. Lorenzo's courtesy and helpfulness are excellent.

Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. Furnishings are in keeping with the property, a renovated old farmhouse. It has enormous untapped potential... both Claudia and Lorenzo are very kind. Homemade breakfast. Just fifteen minutes from Urbino, in the cool of the hills.

Beautiful location, just 5 minutes from the beautiful Fernignano village center. Despite being so close to the center, ylu are fully immersed in the nature. Beautiful rural building, rooms are quite large and very fresh during summer. A beautiful external garden directly connected to the restaurant. We had no luck to try their food as we only stayed for one night, but I woild definitively give it a try next time. Claudia was very kind and arranged everything to make us comfortable since we were arriving late at nights. We had the chance to pay for our room via phone and helped us to speed up the check in process online, we really appreciated. Definitively worths a visit. Let's not forget this is pet friendly, big bonus!!!

Terrible, terrible, terrible. In the summer heat, it's practically impossible to sleep. The window is tiny for ventilation. But the TOP is the bathroom. Very little space. In the shower, you have to be a contortionist just to wash the soles of your feet. A small dog left alone, hungry, and above all thirsty in the summer heat. Too bad.

This farmhouse enjoys a fantastic location in the beautiful, open countryside just a few kilometers from Urbino and a stone's throw from Fermignano. The hosts are very kind and friendly. The food is excellent: everything is homemade, including homemade meats and wine. The prices are more than fair. Highly recommended!
