I stayed a Sunday in November and was therefore the only guest and therefore had to call the host on my arrival for check in. The restaurant was open, however I was again the only guest. Food was very good. Room was very comfortable and warm on an otherwise chilly night. Breakfast was available and cooked fresh for me.
We stopped here for one night, to use the camping, in April. It's truly a wonderful place, surrounded by greenery and a view of mountains in the background. There are numerous cute farm animals like chickens, cows, donkey, etc. Which give the place an extra charm. The place is very quiet and we slept great. The camping facilities are a bit basic but it has all you need and everything works. Including a hot shower. 😊 The owner spoke English and was incredibly friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay there again.
What a GEM! This is such a fantastic place! We parked an RV in one of their slots and had dinner at the restaurant. Electric hook-up and an onsite bathroom with showers. Perfect. Dinner was delicious! It was like fine dining/rustic. But the place is so elegant! Fair prices and impeccable wine and liquor selection. The grounds are beautiful, just lovely. Very well kept and attention to detail. We will definitely be back in the summer to enjoy the pool. There are also adorable animals onsite (behind fences of course). Such a fun place, we highly recommend for a stay or a dinner!! The owner was a doll. So kind and so helpful. He gave us local city recommendations to visit and was just so warm and welcoming. Thanks for a great overnight we will definitely see you again!
I used to go to the pool as external customer in the past, and I loved the place. So, this year I returned to take updated information about schedule and prices, and later I called to book the pool’s entrance for one morning for me and my daughter. When I got there, a young man told me that, if my daughter wanted a long chair to lay down, I had to pay 2 adult entrances instead of 1 adult and 1 child. This was not explained at the booking, I said, but because the difference was not big, I agreed. The worse part was that he was incredibly rude, scrolling his shoulder and rolling his eyes like he was doing me a favor… but I moved on. Then he gave me a total of 30E to pay… I replied that the morning is 10 each as adults… but he responded that it was Saturday, so they charge full day. I told him that this was not specified at the booking either, and to prove it, I could show the note that the girl gave me, and the booking message. However, he did not let me finish to speak because he rudely replied that it was not his business, I didn’t talk to him before, so it was my choice to pay or leave. Obviously, I left. The place is not only expensive for the area in general, which is still a choice to go or not, but apparently they think that being inaccurate and rude is part of the services, or they are there just to squeeze money out of you… Update: 1) Francesco, I came in person and talked to a blond, nice, girl on Monday morning. No mention of any of your policies. Moreover, I have the whatsapp message with YOUR (you even sent a BitMoji) confirmation for Saturday morning for an adult and a kid. No mention again of any of these rules. 2) Despite anything else, rudeness is NOT justified. EVER. I did not address the issue with a bad attitude, and your employee shouldn’t either.
What a great location, service and food! The “raspberry” room was super clean, good shower (missing this at many places in Italy). Very friendly owner and staff. We definitely will come back another time. Today we were eating at their own restaurant. For a Agritourismo place we didn’t expected much of it, but wowwww.. this was just so tasteful! We really liked it. Thank you very much.
