Villa Bisceglia

Let me start by saying we were there at the end of December. There's no heating, only hot air. The TV remote didn't work. The rooms were freezing. The breakfast room was freezing. We only stayed one night.

Unfortunately, breakfast was a huge disappointment. Looking at the photos, you'd expect a rich and varied buffet, but the reality was quite different: limited choice, few options available, and definitely not up to par with what was advertised. I expected much more, especially since the pictures showed a plentiful and inviting selection that wasn't actually there. This is definitely an area that needs improvement, as it feels misleading compared to what was promised. I also noticed a lot of bees around the pool, which made it difficult to relax. The pool itself wasn't the best in terms of cleanliness either: the water didn't always appear to be well-maintained.

Extremely professional and helpful staff. Very nice rooms, good breakfast (excellent coffee!) and the whole facility is squeaky clean from early morning to late in the evening. The whole premises seems to be newly renovated and have a modern and classy look. Highly recommend this place.
