The property requires significant maintenance. As soon as you arrive, you'll find tall grass in front of the building's front door; the doors and fixtures all need repair. Inside, there's a small refrigerator that doesn't even cool. The balcony's plaster is peeling, and the balustrade is so rusty in many places that I was worried my little daughter might hurt herself. They should thoroughly restore it; you can't rent a property in this state.
Nice place near the pine forest and the beach, we had very good time here. The hosts were very nice. As a improvement I recomend to have the possibility for room clean service.
