The apartment is on the third floor without a lift in an elegant historic building and is a bright mansard apartment renovated in 2018. The typical sloped ceilings found in some areas of the home enhance the authentic charm of the mansard in Rapallo's historic centre, creating welcoming spaces full of character in perfect harmony with the prestige of the historic building. The registered floor area is 67 m², with approximately 50 m² of fully usable space for guests.
Location is one of Time Is You's greatest strengths. The house sits in the heart of the historic centre, in a quiet area convenient for reaching the seafront, beach, shops, restaurants, train station and ferry dock on foot.
It's a particularly good location for those arriving by train who want to explore the Ligurian Riviera without a car. Rapallo train station is about 3 minutes' walk from the house. From here you can reach Santa Margherita Ligure, Cinque Terre and other Ligurian towns by train. From the nearby ferry dock you can reach Portofino, San Fruttuoso, Santa Margherita Ligure and other coastal destinations by sea.
