B&B no, small bathrobe I recommend using something else, you know not everyone has the same size, boiler noise when the radiators were on, excellent cleanliness, breakfast not included in the price but honestly I paid €152 for two nights for 2 people excluding tourist tax for an additional €6 in my opinion the breakfast was adequate for what I paid anyway excellent cleanliness, if I should return I say no. Quote for breakfast no, then for the heating she already knew then for the air conditioning for the heat pump she told me not to turn it on too much because it would block anyway excellent cleanliness, but if I honestly had to choose I would not choose her B&B, other people have had a good time I was not satisfied period. Have a good life

We stayed only one night but I must say that I found a fantastic B&B both for the location and for the cleanliness and breakfast and a huge thank you to the managers and to the son for the welcome they gave us, everything was perfect, thank you, happy to have met you

If you're looking for a vacation, whether short or long, and you're thinking about the Lunigiana area, I highly recommend this property!!! The owner will welcome you as if you were at home, and breakfast is served with loving care and passion. You'll enjoy the delicious breakfast treats (they make amazing cakes!!). Friendliness, kindness, hospitality, and above all, their willingness to accommodate any request are truly the strong points of this delightful B&B. They'll be happy to advise you on the best activities to do during your vacation (they really know a lot about it). Location: not on the sea, it's 10 minutes from Lerici, but from there you can embark on enchanting trips to the Cinque Terre. The quarries of Carrara, Pontremoli, and Sarzana are also just a stone's throw away. From the highway, it's no more than ten minutes.

I stayed at this B&B with my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday. We had a wonderful time! The owners welcomed us with a smile and gave us lots of advice. The cleanliness, friendliness, and location were excellent. The breakfast was delicious and varied; I'm also allergic to some foods, and they were very careful in preparing the food. Very comforable B&B. Room is lovely ans spacious with all everything you need. Great wifi. Lovely breakfast and caring host. Easy to find with parking available. Will definately stay there again
