The room was objectively quite disappointing: gray, unfurnished, and not worthy of the price paid. Breakfast was good overall, as was the location, just steps from the highway. I wouldn't stay here again.
Excellent location for reaching the sea and a peaceful setting, ideal for relaxing. Mrs. Luana and her daughter Ylenia are pleasant, kind, and always ready and willing to help. In our case, the room was available earlier than expected. Recommended if you want a warm family atmosphere, need to recharge your batteries, or just chat with the owners.
The location is ideal for a quiet getaway. The family-run hotel is very friendly. The homemade breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Mrs. Luana is very friendly. Recommended for stays that also include visits to the Tuscan Maremma, as it is very close to Capalbio and Monte Argentario.
Unfortunately, I only stayed one night. If I had known how convenient it was to visit all the nearby seaside destinations, I would have chosen this property. Easy access from the highway and covered parking. Guests are flexible with check-in and check-out times. You can also choose your breakfast time. Breakfast includes fruit, served in a charming private area.
⸻ We spent a few days at this B&B nestled in the tranquil countryside and can't recommend it highly enough! The owners welcomed us with great kindness and friendliness, always available for any need and making us feel at home. The location is ideal: just a few minutes' drive from the beach resorts, perfect for those who want to combine relaxation on the beach with tranquility surrounded by greenery. If you're looking for a good place to eat, we recommend Agriturismo Sant'Elena, just a 10-minute drive away: authentic cuisine, a welcoming atmosphere, and truly delicious local dishes. A stay that left us with wonderful memories. We'll definitely be back!
