Elegant, spacious and sunny apartment, renovated in 2024, with original artwork depicting the historic Specola and Palladian beauties. Ideal for experiencing the heart of Padova in a quiet area: the perfect combination of convenience and historic charm. A few steps from Prato della Valle and the main squares, from Teatro Verdi and the University of Bo. The train station and fairgrounds are 2.2 to 2.5 km away: you'll be in Venice in 25 minutes by train! Verona is 45 minutes by train. You can relax and read a book or work on your laptop, seated in comfortable period chairs, using the small glass side table or the larger writing desk next to the bed. There's a small storage closet with shoe rack and cleaning supplies, accessed from the open-plan bedroom. The bathroom has no window but is equipped with an extractor fan, and has two areas: sink with mirror and cabinet, period chest of drawers alongside, and WC area with 60 x 100 shower cabin, served by a Sanitrit pump that improves water drainage (instructions available on request in advance via chat or at check-in). The kitchen has a retro charm, built by our family carpenter: it's large, with many cabinets and fully equipped. You can prepare an excellent breakfast using the kettle, coffee machine (for which we provide reverse osmosis micro-filtered water and coffee), and food warmer. For those who love to cook, there's a new electric oven and 4-burner stovetop. The space is very bright, spacious and well furnished, in an early 1900s building where you can hear the occasional creak of the wooden beams and floors, which carry the scent of history. It's equipped with all safety devices: carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit.
