An experience to repeat! Top welcome... we arrived in the middle of the night after a concert... following Giulia's directions, we got there without a problem. The room was clean, tidy, with all the comforts, and quiet all around... in the morning, we woke up to the sound of cicadas... we opened the balcony and found a table set for breakfast! Nothing was missing. See you next time!

Even if it was just for one day, it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The location is enchanting and feels like you're hundreds of miles from home, even though it's only an hour's drive. It's the ideal place to unplug from the stresses of everyday life. The owner was very kind and served us breakfast in the outdoor garden. We'll be back! Paola and Luca

An excellent option for those seeking a quiet, welcoming place at a fair price. Basic but complete. The hospitality is top-notch, and Giulia's breakfasts are excellent and flexible based on guests' preferences. Her homemade bread and jams are unmissable. The property is ideally located for the Montegrotto and Abano thermal baths, and for visiting the various villas and castles in the area.
