A truly unique experience, worthy of an A+! It was a truly unique experience. Paolo and Lory at the B&B Contrada Macchie immediately made us feel part of the family: they are extremely helpful and incredibly welcoming. The property is very clean, tidy, and well-organized. You can immediately notice the care typical of a family-run business, which manages to highlight the order and attention to detail in every corner. Highly recommended!

Paolo and Lori make you feel at home. From the aromas wafting through your room, to the invaluable advice on places to visit and must-sees if you're staying in Salento, to the hearty breakfast featuring traditional local products, lovingly prepared daily by them. A+++. We'll be back soon.

We just left Contrada Macchia with a heavy heart. Paolo gave us a wonderful weekend, his attention and care made us feel at home! He gave us excellent tips for discovering unique places in Salento and delighted us with the pasticciotti we enjoyed for breakfast these mornings. In short, we never wanted to leave!

We spent a wonderful weekend at this B&B with my family. We were very pleased with the location, the cleanliness, and the friendliness we found. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, even managing to win over our daughters, which is no easy feat! He was able to point out unique places to visit within walking distance of the B&B that we otherwise wouldn't have seen. We plan to return very soon, perhaps in the summer to enjoy the lovely pool.

We had great holidays here. Paolo is really helpful and friendly. There are many beautiful towns and natural beaches nearby, so every day of your vacation is different. The breakfasts and coffee are delicious. A place worth of coming back.
