Center Rooms Affittacamere

We stayed there for one night, for a concert nearby, clean and well-ventilated rooms, located on a quiet street, very close to the historic center.

The room was clean and tidy, the self-check-in was very simple and practical. The only problems were a television that didn't work as it was connected to a very slow wi-fi and other noisy guests or neighbors. A 🤡 who shouted until late at night and other annoying noises. However, for one night I can recommend it.

Only 300m far from the train station and 500m to the city center located in a small, quiet street. Check in and communication went professional. The room is spacious. The bathroom, especially the shower is extremely tiny, not made for stronger bodies. The beds are small, matresses are very soft. Wifi works propper. Cleanig could be done better (some spider nets in the bathroom, dusty around the fridge). The room is equiped with small fridge and coffee maker. Some snacks and water are nicely provided. No water heater is available. It was a bit pricy for Piacenza.

The room were very clean, comfortable. There was cleaning every day. Very quiet place. Great location, close to train station and public transportation. The owner very responsible, even though you can not meet in person. The price a little bit high.

More cleaning could have been done around the double bed frame. Only one small bottle of water in room. No milk only coffee mate. Small terraced communal area outside room. We arrived late evening following a long drive. Noisy neighbours didnt help when you need to sleep. No private parking. Ended up parking few streets away. Whilst this was a late booking our stay was disappointing and glad it was just the one night. Over priced for what it was. No one there to meet us all done by text msg.
