We're not in a tourist area, but we're well positioned for easy access between Bologna, Ferrara and Modena. Just 2 minutes from Pieve di Cento's historic centre, close to all services, we offer hotel-style accommodation tailored to the length of your stay. We provide proper contracts, whether short or temporary, and issue official invoices. With us, you'll have freedom, independence and autonomy. We don't offer breakfast, but you can prepare your own meals in our shared kitchenette. There's no 24-hour reception, but we're always available and we provide a key card for access to your room at any time. We don't run a laundry service, but we have a dedicated laundry area where you can wash and dry your clothes. If you're relocating to the area for work (teachers, nurses, doctors, agricultural workers, construction workers, etc.), get in touch.
