B&B del Sole

We spent 1 week here, we were very satisfied. Simple, clean room, very nice hospitality, we felt good. Breakfast was plentiful, Italian breakfast.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Mr. ROSARIO, the owner of the B&B, a very helpful person, we immediately felt at ease. We stayed two nights, everything was fine from breakfast to the rooms including the reserved car parking surrounded by beautiful trees, we spent two alternative days given the very central location of the B&B allowed us to be able to move around and visit the place with ease. The place is very close to the beautiful sea with adjacent stunning Riace beach, what can we say about the wonderful TROPEA with its enchanting sea, beautiful views from its terraces, stunning sunset (not to be missed). Location: 5 minutes by car from the sea and the old town. Quiet, clean environment, and very hospitable owner. Varied and plentiful breakfast. Tree-lined parking. Recommended for everyone.

We had an unforgettable stay at this B&B during our vacation in Calabria. Rosario, our host, was simply fantastic: welcoming, helpful, and always attentive to making us feel at home. The property is meticulously maintained, clean, comfortable, and ideally located for exploring the area. To ensure we didn't miss anything, there's private parking, so we don't have to search for a spot every time we return. What really made the difference, however, was Rosario's hospitality! He greeted us with a genuine smile, recommended wonderful places to visit, the best restaurants in the area, and always made sure we lacked for nothing. Thanks to him, our trip had a special touch. Highly recommended for those looking for more than just a place to sleep, but an authentic experience filled with human warmth and beauty. Rosario is a very hospitable and attentive host, he is eager to help you with any requests. Rosario will always recommend the best attractions and towns to visit and he’s always right - everything he recommended was worth visiting. He is already our family friend. The rooms are always very clean, the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is classic Italian - very good! The location of Locanda del Sole is perfect - it is right near the popular Riaci beach and a 20-30 minutes walk to Tropea and Santa Domenica. There is a train station in Santa Domenica, which makes it very easy to access other towns in Calabria. We go there every summer and will return again! This is our dream place❤️
