Excellent, bright and comfortable environment, with attention to detail and equipped with everything you need for your stay, clean and impeccable in the quality of service, a kind and precise person the manager and coordinator of the B&B, the view from the living room of the Grand Sasso sums it all up... possibility of parking space... I recommend it

After months, I'm only now realizing I haven't written a review of this fantastic place... I stayed here last summer. A charming apartment located just a few minutes from the center with on-site parking. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (excellently clean), and the owner was kind and helpful. All this at an exceptional price. Top.

A very comfortable new property, with all amenities included in the price (breakfast, garage, Wi-Fi). The kitchen for breakfast was a great addition. Excellent location: close to the historic center and convenient for accessing the Gran Sasso and mountains. A truly pleasant stay and excellent value.

Perfect stay! My partner and I spent a night at this B&B and can't recommend it highly enough. The apartment is completely new, tastefully furnished, and equipped with every comfort you could need. One of its strong points is definitely its impeccable cleanliness: everything smelled wonderful and was tidy, from the sheets to the bathroom (with a bathtub!). A truly pleasant space where you immediately felt at home. Furthermore, the view is spectacular: waking up in the morning and seeing the Gran Sasso was a real highlight of our stay. The owner was wonderfully welcoming, kind, and helpful! We'll definitely be back!

The property is brand new, super clean, and in a quiet area. The garage underneath the building is excellent for parking vehicles. Convenient for motorcyclists, a 20-minute leisurely walk from the center. The manager is helpful and kind. My husband and I stayed for two nights and had a truly wonderful time. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. I highly recommend it, especially for its excellent value.
