A charming, quiet, and relaxing place. Eleonora and Iuri are hospitable and very kind. The room is beautiful and comfortable, the breakfast excellent, and there are several adorable cats and a friendly dog.
This B&B is located in a very quiet, charming spot, ideal for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The couple who run this B&B are truly kind, welcoming, and honest. We stayed just one night and had a wonderful time. The property is well-maintained, the rooms are clean, and you'll find towels and shower gel in your room. If you need anything else, the owners are always available. Breakfast is served from 8 to 10 am and offers a variety of sweet options, including excellent kefir made directly by the owner. Dogs are welcome without a surcharge. There are also many cats, making your stay even more unique and magical. Private parking is available at no extra charge, right next to the entrance. From here, you can reach the beautiful village of Anghiari in about 10 minutes by car. Highly recommended!
If you enjoy good food, want to visit the villages on the border between Tuscany, Umbria, and Emilia Romagna, and want a location where peace and tranquility reign, this is the place for you. An extremely positive experience in a charming and well-maintained residence, pampered by the hospitality and kindness of Eleonora and Yuri, the owners, who will always make you feel at home.
In a twist of serendipity, we stumbled upon the 'Antica Dimora del Pelegrino', thanks to Eleonora, the owner, whose involvement in a charity event in Sansepolcro led us to this enchanting place. Picture this: a quaint, tranquil haven, a stone's throw from the birthplace of the illustrious Michelangelo Buonarroti. The house, a pristine embodiment of Italian warmth and charm, welcomes you into its arms like an old friend. But it's not just about the place; it's the experience. The local cuisine here isn't just food; it's a culinary adventure, a testament to the rich, flavorful produce of the region, served with the kind of heartfelt hospitality that Eleonora and her husband uniquely offer. They didn't just host us; they enriched our journey with invaluable suggestions about the local sights, turning our stay into an exploration of nature, art, and peace. For anyone seeking a retreat into serenity, where the hustle of life gives way to the soothing rhythms of nature and the arts, 'Antica Dimora del Pelegrino' is more than an ideal spot; it's a transformative experience.
