Very nice host, very clean rooms, well-equiped kitchen(shared). Apartment is 15 minutes to Santa Maria Novella station walking distance.
Great experience! The room was great and very clean. The owner was lovely, really friendly and helpful! I would totally recommend the hotel and visit it again!
Nice accomodation, helpful personnel. Watch out there isn't somebody all the time for reception, so let them know when you're arriving and stick to the schedule! The room was clean, and it was cleaned every day (also towels were changed every day). There is also a fully functioning kitchen where you can prepare your meals. Recommended especially for groups - you'd definitely have fun with your friends!
SCAM ALERT. It's an absolute scam of a hostel and not a hotel. The host Laurent is rude and manner less guy. Will charge you city tax as soon as you enter the gate without even giving you room keys and will say we have to pay City tax everyday as if the guest will runaway with in couple of hours after paying for the room in advance. Rooms are tiny and washrooms are extremely tiny.
Nice and clean rooms. There is a bus stop nearby, which is just only 8-10 mins away from central station. It has facilities like oven, coffee machine, microwave oven, heating, fridger, dishwasher, bakeoven etc.
