Children of all ages are welcome. A cot is provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement at no extra cost. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors; smoking is only permitted on the terrace. Guests who breach this rule will be charged 250 euros for deep cleaning of all soft furnishings. A 100 euro cash deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded at the end of your stay provided there is no damage to the property, furnishings or appliances.

We, five of us, celebrated New Year's Eve 2025 in this apartment located in the lower part of Foppolo, on the middle floor of a building with an elevator. Clean and tidy, with simple but absolutely functional furnishings. The apartment features a spacious double bedroom with the option of adding a single bed and large closets for convenient storage. The living room has a double sofa bed and an adjoining kitchen complete with everything you need. A small balcony is also available. There's a huge, enclosed, heated garage in the building. The only shame is that the windows don't face the valley floor, allowing you to enjoy the sun and the spectacular scenery. A bar, restaurant, and bakery are nearby, as are children's play areas. The bus stop is right in front of the apartment, and the slopes are just a 7-minute walk away. Excellent communication with the owner, who kept us updated on events and was always precise and prompt. Good value for money, this is an excellent solution for those seeking practicality and functionality.
Nice apartment, very helpful owner. It's located just minutes from the ski slopes. The shuttle service right outside the building is convenient for reaching the hotel square.
