B&B in Fattoria

A charming and idyllic spot designed for the well-being of travelers with or without children. The breakfast room is functional and very pleasant, with plenty of choices to satisfy all appetites. Ideal for a peaceful break between visits to historical sites and the hustle and bustle of city life.

Not quite as advertised. The rooms are well presented but not serviced daily but rather at the end of your stay. We stayed from Monday to Saturday and no change of bed linen, towels etc happened. On reading the notice on the inside of our bedroom door it informed us of extra charges etc. not good practice. It was quite impersonal in that our check-in was through WhatsApp, our keys were left in the door of our room on arrival and no physical meet. Breakfast is served from 8am to 9am and is a poor offering of plastic packed brioche, very limited fruit options, no cooked foods (though on our first morning there were boiled eggs none were provided the other mornings). The views are spectacular in the area and the tiny farm atmosphere is pleasant.

An excellent property, primarily thanks to Enrica, who manages it very well, taking care of the rooms and caring for her guests. The property is new and very clean, with a spacious room and bathroom and a great bed. The breakfast is excellent, served in the spacious ground-floor lounge. A true farm with many animals in a beautiful natural setting. Quiet location with ample parking, protected by an automatic gate. Excellent value for money. A bit out of the way, but definitely recommended!

Host are so welcoming, room is cozy, very clean, big bathroom, but the view... The view is everything, surrounded by mountains and forest, birds singing in the morning, just magical place.
