Relais Ruggiero

What a dream place to stay. Super hospitable family, lovely beds, and everything is super clean and well-maintained. During our stay, two new rooms by the pool had just been completed. This looked amazing too. Towels are also changed frequently, and the rooms are cleaned/tidied up. It is also very close to Crotone airport. We had such a wonderful time here. It was a dream ending to our road trip in Italy.

The hotel is situated in a tranquil area just a few minutes’ drive from the charming town of Le Castella, renowned for its beautiful beach and stunning views of the Aragonese castle. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, thanks to the delightful hosts and the carefully restored historic building, which seamlessly blends traditional charm with modern comforts. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable and tastefully decorated in a contemporary style. Cleanliness and order are impeccable. Breakfast is a true delight, featuring high-quality local products. The hotel also offers direct access down the cliff to a small, secluded beach, as well as a lovely swimming pool. Peace and serenity abound. Highly recommended.

Everything was great: high comfort, super kind hosts (Rita, Franco, Giuseppe and Daniele), delicious breakfast, great location in front of the sea, with stunning sunsets behind the pool. Amazing!

Amazing stay: great location with breathtaking views, clean and well decorated rooms, great pool and delicious breakfast with homemade / bakery made pastries. What’s not to like?

We stayed 1 week at the Relais Ruggiero and it was great! - the Relais Ruggiero itself is a beautiful, clean and quiet place perfect to relax with a nice garden. You can see the sea from some rooms and the sea itself is just a short walk away (bit steep, but good path) - fine snorkeling there! - the pool is also great and thoroughly maintained everyday - Daniele and his parents gave a lot of advices where to eat, swim&snorkel and they prepare a great breakfast with freshly baked cake etc. everyday - the next village is Le Castella - small but nice with lots of restaurants and gelato 😃🍦 You can walk there but to get around the area more you will need a car All in all it was a great place to stay and we would definitely recommend it for a relaxing holiday in Calabria!
