Excellent property. Even if it was just for one night, we really enjoyed our stay. Tastefully decorated, very spacious room, king-size bed, large, fully equipped bathroom and shower. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, both during the booking and during the stay. The breakfast was delicious, served in a friendly and discreet manner. A 15-minute drive from the Campitello Matese slopes. 2 small suggestions, because there's always room for improvement: - A better sign indicating the entrance (but maybe we didn't see it because we arrived late in the evening and it was raining) - No single portions of jam and spread for breakfast; something more sustainable is better.

We stayed 4 nights in this corner of paradise. The room was beautiful, clean, spacious, and comfortable. We always choose B&Bs because they often have a family atmosphere, and this B&B and its owners confirm this. Very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive to their guests. Superlative breakfast with excellent quality... Carefully selected local products. The tart made by Laura's mother deserves a special mention... TOP tart. If we bring a little bit of Molise home and into our hearts, it's also thanks to this B&B and its owners. In the room, they provide water, coffee, and, most importantly, a pre-stamped postcard to send... This last one is a time-honored gesture, but one we greatly appreciated. Thank you. We had a wonderful stay. The owners were welcoming, attentive, and provided us with all the information we needed to discover the beauty of the area. The room was spacious, comfortable, warm, spotlessly clean, and quiet, with a very comfortable king-size bed. The bathroom was fully equipped. Breakfast was excellent: plentiful, with a careful selection of local products and homemade desserts. A strategic location for exploring the surrounding area. Highly recommended!

Located in the center of San Massimo, a charming little village convenient for getting around (less than a 20-minute drive from everything), on a convenient road for parking. The property is tastefully and thoughtfully furnished. We stayed in the "Agape" room, which was comfortable, spacious, and bright, with a super-comfortable bed (excellent pillows) and equipped with every amenity (a phenomenal courtesy kit, a modern shower with perfect showerheads and brand-new inserts). The breakfast was plentiful and delicious (Laura's pancakes are delicious), and the room was clean, fragrant, and truly charming. The cleanliness was impeccable and they fully respected anti-Covid regulations. Dionisio and Laura, the owners, are incredibly kind and helpful. They provided us with all sorts of information about places to visit, providing us with contact information for excursions, and recommending the best places to enjoy typical local dishes. Highly recommended!
