Il Covo dei Re

Very large and clean room! The staff was super friendly and helpful; we parked nearby without any problems. The property has been renovated in a rustic, mountain style typical of the area! There's both air conditioning and radiators (not necessary since it was August!). Highly recommended!

We had a great experience at Il Covo dei Re! The beds were comfortable, the shower was fantastic, and the atmosphere was inviting. George was incredibly friendly, he went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. We definitely recommend 'Il Covo dei Re' to anyone who plans to visit the area!

Absolutely gorgeous little home, stunning views , clean, majestic interior design and a super host. The town is stunning and will take you back in time. A must experience.

The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, with meticulous attention to every detail. Especially the extremely helpful manager, who waited for us past 2 a.m. after we stayed out late. He's incredibly kind and attentive to the guests' needs; it's hard to find such quality and service. The B&B is located in a charming spot near a nature reserve (Riserva Fiumedinisi), where you can even go swimming. Wonderful! 🤩

We landed in Messina around 8:00 PM and looked for a place to sleep near Catania. The owner of "Il Covo dei Re" was super helpful and kind. Our room was for four, with a double bed and a bunk bed, a small refrigerator with a much-needed bottle of cold water (free of charge). The average daytime temperature was 40°C, peaking at 42.5°C. Everything was very nice, clean, and with a lovely, large bathroom, including a spacious shower. Air conditioning and linens were provided. He recommended places to eat, the pizzeria just up the road, and parking was within view from the balcony. For breakfast, we received a voucher for four to spend at one of the two participating bars. Dogs are welcome at no extra charge. Overall, highly recommended 👍
