An amazing stay! Everything was perfect! The location to surrounding towns for day trips could not be beat. All of the staff we encountered were amazing! Clean, modern rooms. Beautiful grounds. And the food! Probably the best food we had in Puglia. The breakfast with homemade cheeses, focaccia, and desserts-to the light lunches available to order. Amazing stay

The Perfect Base for Exploring Puglia. If you’re visiting Puglia, this is hands down the best place to stay. Perfectly located between Alberobello and Ostuni, and just 20 minutes from the beach, it’s an ideal base for exploring the region’s charming towns and villages. We stayed for a quick weekend getaway (2 nights), and it couldn’t have been better. The breakfast was exceptional, probably the best I’ve had in a long time. Every ingredient was fresh, flavourful, and thoughtfully prepared. The Room was cleaned, beautiful and with a charming balcony. The pool is beautiful, maybe it could be 2°C warmer, but it’s refreshing nonetheless, especially in the Puglian sun. The entire place is peaceful and romantic, a great spot for couples. We had another absolutely wonderful stay at Essenza Relais. It was our second time here, and definitely not our last! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed once again. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and warm, making us feel completely at home. The rooms are stunning: beautifully decorated, spacious, and very clean. We stayed there for a week and it was amazing. The team was very friendly. The room was clean and smelled great. The location is also quite nice because you visit many places around the hotel within 30 minutes. The pool was amazing. The breakfast was great. We liked that it was not a huge buffet, but they had more than enough and all sweet choices were self made. Highly recommend!

A Perfect Getaway – Truly Exceptional! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed, with large showers that added a real touch of luxury. Every detail felt carefully considered. What really made our stay outstanding, though, was the staff. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They also gave fantastic local recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. Breakfast each morning was a real treat – fresh, delicious produce served overlooking the pool and stunning gardens, which were the perfect place to relax and soak up the atmosphere. We loved being just five minutes from a charming local town, with easy access by car to other pretty towns and lovely beaches. This hotel is a real gem – peaceful, beautiful, and full of character.
