The 61 sqm apartment is on the first floor with independent access via stairs.
Layout: entrance into living/dining room, small hallway, bathroom with shower and washing machine, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with single and a half bed, storage closet.
At the top of the entrance stairs is a usable terrace with pergola for dining and relaxation.
Furnishings are contemporary design.
The apartment has 2 heat pumps available year-round serving the entire space, plus 1 dedicated uncovered parking space included and free of charge, with free wi-fi.
At check-in you receive one set of bed linens per couple of guests and a three-piece bathroom set per guest.
Fire alarm, carbon monoxide detector, fire blanket, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are provided.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, including electronic cigarettes or vaping.
Pets are not allowed.
Compliance with local waste separation regulations is required: daily waste disposal is the guests' responsibility, according to the schedule and instructions provided in the apartment (also in English); we will handle disposal of any remaining waste at the end of your stay, directly at the collection center.
Group games or ball games in common areas are not permitted.
Quiet hours are requested between 13.00-16.00 and 23.00-8.00.
Guests may not host people other than those registered at check-in.
The tourist tax is not included in the rate and will be collected in cash, as it must not be subject to taxation and will be paid in full to the Municipality of San Vito Lo Capo, at check-out directly by the host (see Municipality of San Vito Lo Capo, Tourist Tax and documents available for viewing at the apartment). The amount is EUR 2.00 per person (over 10 years of age) up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights of stay.
Children's age must be determined at check-in; otherwise price adjustment will be required. Children over 10 years of age also pay the tourist tax.
